Trump expected that the birthright citizenship would be decided by the Supreme Court. Everything is proceeding according to plan. 

If the Democrats are not tired off losing yet, then they can sue Trump over not following an unconstitutional law when he fired 18 Inspectors General without giving Congress advance notice. 

Watch and learn. There is no need for anybody to look like a fool forever. Trump is delivering some valuable lessons on how a real president governs.

You are really okay with Trump trying to go around all of the checks and balances that are in place for a reason.   The reason being to prevent someone like Trump from having unchecked power.  Trump is certainly making fools of a segment of his voters who are not on board for this.  They only voted for him due to eggs being too expensive and not to make him some kind of Autocratic Leader.

Once again, you show your extreme political bias. Trump is following the proper process to have the constitutionality of birthright citizenship determined by the courts. He signed an executive order, based on his legal staff's opinion that the 14th Amendment was never intended to cover children in cases where neither parent is in the country legally. Predictably, Democrats filled suit in a friendly federal jurisdiction to prevent the EO from taking effect. Now, the Judicial branch of our government will decide the issue. That is how our constitutional republic has worked since Marbury v. Madison was decided.

Your interpretation of Trump's action shows both your extreme political bias and your lack of understanding of the checks and balances of our Constitution. How many times did you object to Biden's EOs when the federal courts ruled them unconstitutional? If your answer is not "never," then cite a couple of examples  where you posted objections? I will eagerly await your response.
