Trump has declared a national emergency at the southern border and he has also declared illegal gang members terrorists. The Mexican cartels have been declared terrorist organizations. 

Mexico and other Latin American countries that, with Kamala Harris's help, dumped thousands of criminal illegal aliens into our country are not laughing at Donald Trump's plan to return illegals to their countries of origin. Anybody who believes otherwise is just venting their ignorance for all to see.
