Commanders vs. Eagles, kickoff set for 3:00 Sunday on Fox.
Washington just playing w/ house money at this point, nothing to lose at all. Led by a rookie QB who plays like he has been in the league for a decade now, a bevy of playmakers around him, and it seems like it's been someone different stepping up for them every time. A stingy defense led by Bobby Wagner that shut down the best offense last round in Detroit. This is their first NFC Championship game since 1991, which was also the last time they won the Super Bowl, can they keep the magic alive?
As for Philly, this is very familiar territory for them, as this will be the 6th time since 2000 that they have HOSTED the NFC Championship game. Difference maker for this team has obviously been the addition of Saquon Barkley, putting up over 200 rushing yards against a very good Rams defense last week, sure helps having the best offensive line in the league. Passing game will be another key topic, especially since Hurts isn't 100%. Philly defense has been one of, if not the best in the league as well, be interesting to see how they can try to get pressure on Daniels, who never seems to get rattled in the big moments.
NFC Rivals split the regular season meetings by a combined 11 points. Who's it gonna be?
