Rankings are still working themselves out, but this is much more accurate than what we've gotten in recent weeks now that most leagues are a few weeks into conference play.

Think Houston should be higher-- their metrics and strength of schedule supports that. Think Tennessee should be lower. Would have Purdue much lower and Illinois in their place.

Duke and Iowa State should be flipped, but I get why they aren't.

Would have Missouri in the 19-25 range at best. Also think Texas A&M is still a bit too high, but can see why they're ranked where they are.

UConn has some bad losses, but I still think they're one of the 25 best teams and I'd pick them over anyone in the 15+ range in a one-off game.

Texas Tech was probably one of the first teams who just missed the cut. I'd look for them to crack the rankings at some point.

Big East and Big XII are a little underrated. SEC is deep but a bit overrated. Big Ten is gaining steam but is closer to 4 or 5 of the top 25 than the 6 teams they have. It's also hard to believe that the ACC has three of the best 25 teams in the nation.

With conference realignment and the depth in some of these leagues, it's going to be one of those years where there's little movement at the very top (i.e., 1 through 5 or 6) and lots of movement everywhere else. Would be interested in knowing what the record is for the overall number of teams ranked in the top 25 at some point and how close we are to that record this season.
