Biden has also tried to cause Trump problems in rescinding his policy by signing a union contract to allow thousands of employees to continue to work from home past the end of Trump's second term.
Biden was a horrible, horrible president who was not content fouling up his own term. He has actively worked to make it harder for Trump to succeed.
