Day 1 Trump actions you want to see

15 minutes before Biden left office, he signed an unconditional, blanket pardon for every member of his family AND Fauci.
I hope that there is a challenge to the validity of the pardons in the absence of criminal charges. Carried to it's logical extreme, a president could pardon every member of his own party in Congress and every employee of his own administration on his last day in office. It seems that doing so would violate the separation of power between the executive and legislative branches.

The question is whether the pardons of the J6 committee members unconstitutionally impedes Congress from performing its oversight responsibility.

If a president can direct his administration to commit widespread crimes and then issue thousands of pardons for his administration for crimes that have not even been investigated, then we need a Constitutional amendment to eliminate this potential abuse of presidential power.

The potential existence of thousands of secret pocket pardons is also a possibility.
