There is nothing in the Constitution about abusing pardons. You should read it.

The Constitution does not address unethical behavior, if it did, it would be as long as a vintage copy of the Encyclopedia Britannica. Biden can't read a teleprompter as well as Ron Burgundy, so having a written presidential ethics guide would be lost on him.
