Kids get heated and lose their temper and make dumb decisions but it’s up to the adults to correct that behavior. The one kid that’s a senior for wburg now intentionally two hand shoved a kid a few years ago as he went up for a lay up and the kid broke both his hands.(01-18-2025, 12:10 AM)Keystone12 Wrote: Williamsburg tried to muck this game up. This stat almost sounded wrong but i was told connor middleton had 28 pts and 17 REBOUNDS!! That kid is barely 6’0”! Williamsburg has played corbin dirty the last couple games i saw them play down there. The game went beyond being chippy. Im all for physical play but there is a difference.
Muck it up is as good a description as any. Problem with the way WBurg has tried to play Corbin the last couple times is that things like that can get out of control and kids can lose their temper and get hurt or even miss some games if they get thrown out of a game. Physical play is fine and dandy. I'm all for it. But the Grayson Allen stuff is the kind of stuff you see at a rec center. One of the Williamsburg players literally stuck his foot out to trip a Corbin player.
