Last night, I added some Ghost pepper sauce to some Capital City Sweet Hot Mambo wing sauce. I dipped an order of fries from Shake Shack into the concoction. It was a big upgrade over ketchup.

You might have picked up a pattern here. I add the flavor of hot chile peppers to a lot of my food. I don't eat my food 'Thai' hot, but I like it just hot enough to make my nose run. My list of favorite foods is dominated by spicy dishes like curries.
