Elliot Co might become the team to beat in the next few years. They hustle, they are very well coached, they play the game the right way. Very impressed with a few of their games this season.

May i ask what has your attention with them, coaching?

They play fundamental basketball. Movement off ball, hustle, solid defense. The motion offense, pass, cut, screen is a sign of good coaching. Nothing fancy just good old fashion ball. Elliot’s coach is coaching for who he has and to build on. They are young only 1 senior and 1-2 juniors. They are almost all freshman and sophomores. So they are going to make mistakes based on youth. But they play hard even after making mistakes. If they continue to stay together this team could compete for region in a couple years. Looking at most rosters once the 2026 graduate the region is going to take a hit. Elliot will be one of the most heavy 2027/2028 groups with years of playing together.
