I would agree with you. The 16th Region looks to be very down in comparison to the past few years. I still think Ashland is the best team in the region but I don't think they are as good as they have been in the past.

APB- received 1 BC, 1 Morgan, 1 Russell, and 1 SP.

The Morgan, Russell would have been the programs best player at their school.  BC kid would be starting as well due to the mass injuries BC has suffered with 3 starters being out as well.  The region isn't really down per say. It is a school with a rich history in stealing your players and them kids leaving. You do not have the diversity in competition due to behavior.

Think about it. I steal a few of the team's best or better players then play those teams. It is a great plan to win. Not morally but I don't think they care about the second part of that.

Boyd’s best player is finally back on the court.  Hicks was dealing with an injury.  Boyd recruited and stole South Point’s best player to try and fill the void of Ellis graduating last season.  Still slinging rock aren’t you Mr. Glass House!  A successful program promotes itself.  The Tomcats have 6 straight regional titles and put kids in college to play basketball.  They choose to coach their players instead of trying to tear down other programs to win games.  Ashland and Boyd cultures are not even in the same universe.  If Boyd is not careful, their program will be set back for years. Critical time for their program.
And for you to talk about morals is straight COMEDY. Lol
