In a 2014 match against Tamikka Brents, Fox delivered a series of blows that resulted in Brents sustaining a concussion, an orbital bone fracture, and requiring seven staples to her head. Brents remarked on the experience, noting she had "never felt so overpowered ever in my life."

2. High School Volleyball Incident in North Carolina:
In September 2022, during a high school girls' volleyball match in North Carolina, a transgender female athlete spiked the ball, striking player Payton McNabb in the face. McNabb suffered a concussion and neck injury as a result. She later advocated for policies to ensure the safety of female athletes in school sports.

3. Basketball Game in Massachusetts:
A transgender female athlete, standing six feet tall, participated in a girls' basketball game between the KIPP Academy and the Collegiate Charter School of Lowell in Massachusetts. During the game, the athlete's aggressive play led to injuries of multiple players on the opposing team, ultimately causing the Collegiate Charter School to forfeit the game.
