Using a simple chromosome test if the sex listed on the birth certificate is missing or challenged. Males compete as males and females compete as females. It is a simple concept that has worked for many centuries.

Why not just show your Birth Certificate, it would be the easiest and cheaper way.

You want people to take a test do you want all the participants take the test or just the one you want to take the test. Looks to me you are opening yourself up to a lot of lawsuits. At a cost of $100 to $2,000 a test that could run into a lot of money not counting the lawsuits if you don't include all of the participants. Would be simple to add 5 words to the bill. But it's just a political stunt.
