We ended up with men being barred from playing women's and girl's sports which is what 95% of Americans want. 
Who are you trying to kid with "the problem is enforcement." Dem leaders care more about men posing as women than actual
women and girls and it's right out in the open for all to see.

How would you enforce it?

Using a simple chromosome test if the sex listed on the birth certificate is missing or challenged. Males compete as males and females compete as females. It is a simple concept that has worked for many centuries.

Why not just show your Birth Certificate, it would be the easiest and cheaper way.

Why did you ask your question if you understand how simple enforcement will be? 

However, there may be some jurisdictions where the lunatic left has managed to have an infinite number of genders available as options, or the sex omitted from birth certificates. In those cases, a chromosome test may be required.
