Carter is head and shoulders above everyone else in the 16th.

Currently he has more talent around him, but if he needed to score more he could. He plays within the team concept better than about any star I have seen. There isn't a weakness in his game. He defends, shoots , handles, and creates for others.

He is the one star I would like to have as a teammate.
