The problem with the bill is there is no enforcement. It's just something the MAGA party will run on in 2 years maybe they will straighten it out in the senate. The way it is wrote now I guess they could make all the women raise their skirts up and see which sex they are. But all they had to do was make them show their Birth Certificate. No Birth Certificate No Play. This is nothing but political show it helped them in 2024 they are going to use it in 2026.

We ended up with men being barred from playing women's and girl's sports which is what 95% of Americans want. 
Who are you trying to kid with "the problem is enforcement." Dem leaders care more about men posing as women than actual
women and girls and it's right out in the open for all to see.

How would you enforce it?

Using a simple chromosome test if the sex listed on the birth certificate is missing or challenged. Males compete as males and females compete as females. It is a simple concept that has worked for many centuries.
