I’m posting it in the boys forum because more eyes will see it but it’s regarding boys and girls.  

Is the low talent level, that both sides in the 14th have, here to stay?  Or is it cycle thing?  Because it seems pretty bad right now compared to years past. 

What are the reasons for it?  

Kids not getting the proper coaching?

Kids have “better things” to do these days and don’t care as much as they use to about putting in extra work and honing their skills?

Just a cycle thing and the talent will rise with the coming years?
