Whitley has a nice young team with a great future. They start four sophomores. I don’t know why any player would want to leave when they have what I think is so much upside.

Parents get in the way. Think about the age of SL and what they lost the last couple years. It’s the AAU era

I haven’t talked to them personally but I have watched the way things go in this areas at times especially at Whitley county over the past 10 years or so and I would say it’s more politics get in the way. Too many parents involved. I’ve heard that’s a huge issue at the county. You’ve got the select few parents who are constantly in the coaches ear or actually on the coaching staff and it causes problems.

Has there been any more information released about this? I have been told from a good source a pair of guards from the MS program at KC were seen playing for the Lady Hounds.
