In the first round I like three road teams, Minnesota, Washington and the LA Chargers. Denver is a nice story, but they’re not winning at Buffalo, Green Bay hasn’t beaten anyone good, they aren’t winning in Philly, and although any Baltimore-Pittsburgh game is interesting and the Steelers have had great success against Lamar, these are just two teams heading in completely different directions, Baltimore wins.

In the divisional round, I’ll take Detroit over Washington and Philly over Minnesota in the NFC. The chaos I think comes from the AFC, where Baltimore goes into Buffalo and wins and, hold onto your hats, the Chargers win in Kansas City. One of these years the fact that the Chiefs just ain’t that damn good is gonna have to catch up with them isn’t it?

I’ll take Detroit over Philly in the NFC championship game, making their first-ever Super Bowl, and I’ll take Baltimore in a blowout over the Chargers in the AFC. Then I’ll take Baltimore 31-29 over Detroit in an excellent Super Bowl, as Lamar, who is just a fabulous player, gets his first ring. Now you all don’t even have to watch the games, since you know how they’ll play out.??
