I’m wondering why Phelps isn’t competing in the All A tournament. Usually there would be a play in game cause of the odd amount of teams. Before the season started I assumed this game would be the play in based on the date. Does anyone know why Phelps isn’t in it?

 
I've looked at the bracket a few times and didn't even notice they weren't in it, that is a good question as to why they aren't. They're normally a traditional 1A school.
