Do they recognize the POY in 14th region baseball? Or Top players of the region?

I’m almost positive the KHSBCA does a preseason watch list for each region and there is usually a list at the end of the year too, but I cant remember what it’s called or who picks it. I’m assuming the rep for each region would.
