Fleming has wins over East Carter, St Patrick, Bracken, Menifee, Greenup, and the lone loss was to George Rodgers Clarck.

Elliott has wins over Fairview, Morgan, Phelps, Russell, Menifee, and the lone loss was Raceland. 

While each team has an impressive record, it is worth noting that they have not yet faced any particularly strong opponents.

Why would you even schedule St. Patrick if you're trying to prepare your team to win a region?

What I have observed is that many high school coaches focus on achieving 20-win seasons. While this looks impressive on paper, it often falls short when facing a strong team like GRC, where the results are typically less favorable.
