Earnhardt was the only driver I really knew of back then.  I not only liked him on the track,  but as a person in general.  He liked to go hunting,  that's my kind of guy right there.  
I had a model car of his I put together.  Kept it in a glass display case.  Not sure what happened to that thing,  need to look for it.
