Just goes to show you that you can have all the great skill people in the world but if you're completely inept up front it does not matter. Cooper could not run the ball at all and were completely one dimensional. Gotta be honest if Highlands doesn't self destruct they wouldve given BG a better game. After watching that I have no idea how they lost twice to that bunch.  Throwing up hero balls only gonna get you so far in big boy football

Cooper had trouble running against Highlands and their offense did consist of throwing hero balls like you stated hoping for long completion or a PI call. Highlands self destructed in both halves (just a complete breakdown second half). Score should have been 28-7 at half. On half yard line and you put your big QB in shotgun and center bounces ball to him to prevent score. Put him under center!  If center doesn’t snap ball 15 yards over QB head first drive of second half it easily could have been 35-7. All down hill second half with self inflicted play (anyone who watched that game can’t attribute it to cooper making changes at half time, they took advantage of Highlands complete breakdown and gifts!). Coach never got the team under control. I have heard there was players going at it verbally blaming each other in locker room at the half and on sidelines second half and even a player yelling at the coach. No control.
