After seeing #4 from PT.. Quisenberry is not the best  player in 4A, or the state.

Not saying Carter isn't the best, the recruiting rankings would actually agree with you. Your post is telling though. When it's "Quisenberry" v. "#4 from PT", it's pretty clear why Q won. He's become a household name in Kentucky high school football the last four years. Most individual awards are pretty well locked in for Quisenberry this year.
