I hear that it’s Racelands year in 2025…until they lose and then it’s their year in 2026… until they lose. If I were a Raceland fan, Id stop getting my hopes up so often. MAYBE if you had a Coach that could win against GOOD teams, you’d have a couple rings. He’s had the players to succeed over the years, and hasn’t been able to win. This year he had to stop Coffman. 1 player. Failed to do so and came up short. IMO Racelands loss is about 80% coaching, 20% players.

Well in his defense stopping a Power 5 Wr. that has a Div. 1 QB throwing him the ball with a 1a roster isn't the easiest. I don't think Salmons is the greatest Coach in the world but he's not an idiot.  The only way for him to stop Coffman would have been for him to get to Pennington and that's where Raceland failed.  Sayre's line averaged about 183 lbs soaking wet in a phone booth fool of toilet paper and Raceland couldn't stop the run or get to the QB.
