Weak schedule sure hurt Sayre too, didn't it?

If Pburg had multiple D1 players and a former NFL player as their HC, the schedule would be less important..

Or if they still ran the Gun-T offense. Right, bub?

The wing-t was the biggest problem with the program at Prestonsburg. An outdated offense that was too easy to defend. No matter what they did with it, it never mattered. Wasted talent of Harris and Elliott. 

The defense was solid but much like Kentucky Football this season if you can’t move the ball it will eventually break. It was definitely time to part ways with the offense.

I would argue that the offense they ran this year was the reason why they had a solid season this year. They controlled the game with time of possession and hit big runs with their fast backs all year. You can win state championships running that offense. Look at belfry and Johnson central. 

Last year they tried running spread and was terrible with the same team. That offense saved pburg season plus the 3 games the officials helped in.
