Martin loses like 9 or 10 starters and 16 seniors overall. I’m pretty sure 7 or 8 played both ways for the Cardinals. Losing Watts, Stafford, Cheek, etc will be hard to replace.

They’ll have Maynard though and he’ll likely be a one man show for them offensively, but he’ll still be hard to defend. Kid is a great athlete and once he gets a full head of steam, he’s tough to bring down.

Martin County and Leslie County will likely duel it out for 2nd place in the district. Winner gets Belfry in the playoffs and loser will get Shelby Valley 1st round.

one thing ill add here martin county has had a good track record of having a kid or two (like watts did) turn up in time for football season...... think theyre basketball program helps
