I don’t even know how you can say the Jags have the 2 best players in the region. Chris Spriggs is their best player by far but  who else? Boyd?? Spriggs is prob 6th or so in the region. Boyd ain’t even top 15. Meade can guard well, Curry hasn’t played basketball in forever. Johnson is alright. Buck could be decent but only time can tell. You’re most definitely a floyd central diehard fan. They are around the 7th best team in the region again for the 4th year in a row

Lawrence will run the 58th district. Best Duo in that district in Perry and Woods. Two Good scorers and they added some pieces. Floyd Central will finish runner up. Betsy Layne will finish last. They looked bad when I watched this saturday. Pburg will go as far as keathley can take them but as seen before he can’t take them that far at all

You can keep hating on FC. But they will open a lot of eyes. Everyone was talking about them during summer and I’m sure the way they play won’t change much. They went to transy and knocked off JC, Ashland, and LCA. I would say Spriggs and Boyd averaged about 23 a game during summer and they have the green light. Samons, Meade, and Buck will provide quality minutes as well as a couple of bench players. It may take a few games to get used to the play style with one another but I believe by March this team will be one to watch out for.

Pope, They won’t win their district let alone the region and we both know that. You can’t look at a team led by spriggs and boyd and expect them to be dominant like your saying. It’s not hate but it’s looking at reality. Last years team had WAY more talent and first round exit in region and barely had a winning recor. They will be 5 games under .500 this year
