Biden wanted to create as much chaos as possible and aid Zelinsky as much as he could before Trump takes office. Zelinsky has leverage over Biden that he will not hold over Trump. Biden fears that an angry Zelinsky may release evidence against him and his family that could land them all behind bars, so expect Biden to continue pouring money into Ukraine.

The biggest problem with Biden is not his age, it is the fact that he is a very dumb criminal and his family is full of black sheep.
