Im looking forward to seeing FC play this year and Im sure rooting for them, that said something just does not "click" with them(the team/program) at times... They have had much better players  than their records would indicate.  Something is just not bringing them together as a cohesive unit for some odd reason...and I know a ton of those kids, real well... Its not a lack of talent, I know that

Coaching has been the thing holding them back.

Talent has always been there, arguably the most talented team in the region the last 2-3 years, always had sub .500 records, they did win district last year, made it through the super region and to the expo center but bowed out in the first round. 

No sort of structure or discipline on the offensive side, basically just run & gun, score as many points as they could. No adjustments whether in game or at halftime on both sides of the ball. If something wasn't working, or they were getting beat in certain defensive sets, coaching staff really didn't do much to make any changes. 

Can't blame the kids for that, like I said they've had the talent, and albeit young, they have the talent this season, but coaching will hold them back again when it matters.

yea it is, they had some very good talent the last couple years and failed to utilize it. They tend to play  street ball rather than strategic  organized ball, then they lean on one or two players while the rest are just there to feed them the ball. Ignoring solid role players and under-utilizing them. Always looking for the next "big thing" in the next freshman class and its cost them several talented players already. Even this year its cost them a couple that decided to either play for another school or not play basketball all together.. Good players too..  I just don't get it...
Im a big fan of the school and program and I really hope we don't see more of the same.
