 This game should be a classic. Im really impressed with Ashland. I like the QB and the weapons they have on offense. very solid team and they have alot of poise. I like to give a shout out to the Ashland coaching staff as they have IMO done a heck of a job! I also think this year Salmons has done a great job with Corbin. Only thing about playoffs is that one team has to go home. Corbin is having a heck of a year and is one of the best offenses to watch play. Lots of players on Corbins team that I am proud of and playing some very good football. Good luck to both teams. Lots of talent will be on the field this Friday night in this one.

What Salmons has done has been pretty amazing. After the evil Greer left the kids high and dry, Salmons game in with less than 80 days until the first football game. He had just a few weeks to come here and put his stamp on this team and get the kids to buy in to what he was selling them. And they bought in 100%. Many were predicting 3, 4, or even 5 losses for this team. Instead, they had one loss to a very talented 6A Douglass team  on the road and really haven't been threatened in any other game. Tremendous job by Salmons. He looks to be a keeper.
