It's not something that I am looking forward to, but I expect that Trump will require federal employees to work in the office five days a week. Hopefully, he will phase in that requirement. 

This is one of Elon Musk's to recommendations to reduce the size of the bureaucracy. He estimates that 25 percent will leave voluntarily rather than return to full-time office work. I suspect that is a pretty good estimate.
