Your exactly right the democrats controlled the south for decades until LBJ passed the civil rights act then the today's MAGA party took over. They tell themselves they are the party of Lincoln, but they are the party of the KLAN with a new name MAGA.

The party of Lincoln is nowhere to be found in today's MAGA. For that matter, neither is the Party of Reagan. Lincoln and Reagan would be horribly traumatized and ashamed if they knew what had transpired since their times on earth.
