Yes, I am aware of the stereotypes associated with both schools.  I am aware of some of the things said about Franklin Co High School.  I am also aware of things said about Western Hills such they are the country club side of town, but it was done so in a derogatory manner.  As is the case with almost every school in Kentucky, both schools are comprised of all types of students from diverse backgrounds.  If you don't think Western Hills has plenty of students that some would describe as red necks, you are lying to yourself.  IMO, FCHS likes to use some of these stereotypes to play the victim card.  I can say this about the "Western Hills community", they are the nicest, most down to earth people that I have ever had the privilege of knowing.

Well you should have heard them screaming from the stands the last two times the middle school teams played, and the highschool teams played.. They did not seem to be very nice or down to earth in that setting.. Now down at the Country club cook out maybe..... Smile

Yeah, I know, and Franklin Co\Elkhorn fans were so well mannered and not yelling anything.  Once again, the victim card....
We dont see it as a way to be a victim, we use it to make sure our kids are good and pissed off. TWSFT on the other hand, complains to everyone from the school board down. "why they gotta be so mean?"
