Evidence is typically made public during a trial, where the defendant and his attorney, if he has retained counsel, can challenge the validity of the evidence before it is presented to a jury of their peers. Judges that release evidence during a political campaign deserve to be removed from the bench.

Aside from attempting to influence an election, a judge that releases evidence prior to a trial risks injecting bias into the potential pool of jurors. If you or a family member were charged with a crime, would you want the judge turning your trial into a circus and attempting to influence jurors before the trial even began?
Did you get upset when Comey reopening the Hillary investigation 10 days before the 2016 election?
When we know it's been DOJ practice not to say anything unless they press charges

Judges don't go by DOJ policy's you should know that Hoot try to keep up.

Disclosures and Discovery ever hear of that Hoot I am sure you have but it doesn't fit your narrative in this case.
I worked closely with attorneys when I worked in the coal industry, and I work closely with attorneys in my current career. I can tell you have no clue what you are talking about vector. Discovery has nothing to do with releasing evidence to the general public before a trial. Zero. Time waster.
So now you are claiming the federal judge who is overseeing the Trump insurrection case has broken the law is that what you are telling everyone now?
Since you dodge, duck, and spin the Comey and Hillary question then that was all right with you.

"I worked closely with attorneys when I worked in the coal industry"
Was it falsifying dust pumps?

"I worked closely with attorneys when I worked in the coal industry"
If it was about falsifying dust pump, I don't see how you can sleep at night.
If judges never made mistakes, then there would be no need for Courts of Appeal. Your thinly veiled effort to make me responsible for dust sampling tampering illustrates your ignorance in yet another area. Dust pumps were not "falsified," the allegations against small, family run coal mines involved what MSHA called abnormally white centers (AWCs) of dust samples. Testing revealed that AWCs could occur if the samples were dropped on a hard surface.

The federal government, during George H. W. Bush's term of office, used its limitless resources to coerce plea deals from small coal mine operators by threatening to take legal action against their family members. Many small operators had their mothers, fathers, and other family members listed as corporate officers, when in fact those people had nothing to do with the daily operations of the mines. When a corporation is formed, the owner must provide a list of officers for the corporation.

Large corporations could afford the lawyers necessary to fight the Bush administration, but lawfare can quickly bankrupt small mining companies. To avoid bankrupting the family, many operators who were involved in daily mining operations pled guilty and had their mine foreman licenses suspended to avoid having the federal government bankrupt their families. That is how federal law enforcement works, no matter which party controls the executive branch of the federal government. If they can bankrupt a defendant, then there is no need to prove criminal cases beyond reasonable doubt. They take coerced plea agreements to the media and declare that justice was done.

That is how dimwit politicians like Kamala Harris manage to use political positions such as District Attorney to launch political careers. That was not enough, in Kamala's case - she resorted to exchanging sexual favors for Williey Brown's influence to launch her career.
That didn't last long trying to ignore me. If you ask 100 retired coal miners that worked underground in a nonunion mine 99 would tell you YES coal operators cheat on their dust pumps. You are so Nieve it's not even the least funny. You are thinking that coal operators don't cheat on dust pumps is about as stupid it gets. If you are claiming, they don't then why are coal miners having so many double lungs transplant or dying. There would be no black lung if the operators didn't cheat it's that simple.
Trump has the right to appeal his case, and I say he probably already has but I don't believe the judge is that dumb like you claim she is.

By the way how do you sleep at night knowing you helped the coal operators cheat on their dust pumps.
