Can a current licensed KHSAA Football referee post exactly what the Rule Book and/or Case Manual says about a Running Clock.


I've seen the Running clock start at 35 points and at 36 points.... which is it?
If you can't post the Rule, Section & Article from the current NFHS Rule Book or from a KHSAA provision, then please don't post what you've heard through the grapevine.


Also, can a current licensed KHSAA Football referee post exactly what the Rule Book and/or Case Manual say about shortening the length of the quarters.
