How well does this statement play now? The S&P 500 is up 48% and the Dow is up 33% since Biden took office. The stock market has fared very similar under both administrations. Both were arguably the worst two Presidents as far as adding to the National Debt, although the beneficiaries of their fiscal policies that created these huge increases were very different.
