Can anyone confirm if McWhorter is hurt? I’ve been checking the stats and I see he’s still making a lot of tackles but I’ve been shocked to see how little he’s being used on offense. That could explain a lot of NL’s struggles if so.

You sure couldn't say he was hurt watching him on defense the past 2 games and like The Bull said: "The film tells all. Gives you everything you need for adjustments on both sides of the ball". 
We just watched some film after reading your post and like we thought from the games he did great on defense. Why he is getting so few touches on offense with his history is puzzling.

That is puzzling. I actually inquired about NL earlier and was surprised to hear what I was told. Evidently North Laurel’s head coach has nothing to do with the offensive play calling and just runs the defense. I thought that was strange, especially for a 1st year coach.
