I don’t think Breathitt wins this game without Sperry. He helped them on defense & offense. But I wouldn’t call this a big win for Breathitt. I think Breathitt is a better team than Hazard.

Ok everyone picked Breathitt to lose . Rpi ranks hazard 1 . But your exactly right he big factor tonight. If refs didn’t make some crazy calls wins by 2+ tds. . Not sure why not big win. By RPI Breathitt rank toward bottom. But they played really tough schedule to start with. Lewis co game would huge confidence booster but last 1 quarter. So yes agree with you I feel like Breathitt is the better team but not on paper. Them kids faced more adversity in two years than what most won’t face in lifetime. Lot people love down us losing so how bad we are. Breathitt not bad along ways go but took huge step tonight

Lewis county ? LOL ! They should have never been on the schedule. Do you think kids are dumb ? They know when they’re playing a horrible team ? That win may have made the coaching staff feel better but I’m sure the kids knew they wasn’t doing anything.

Who cares what it says on paper ? If you couldn’t tell by watching the game last night that Breathitt was the better team then you’re blind. Breathitt started that game out in dominating fashion. They ran it down Hazard’s throat pretty much the whole game. I feel like Breathitt is 2-3 touchdowns better than Hazard. I think the Breathitt folk think anytime they beat a Hazard or Perry team that it’s a big time win. Whatever happened to the days where they come in knowing they’re the better team and take care of business ? Quit petting on these kids and start demanding their best effort , when they beat a team they should have beaten quit telling them it was a huge accomplishment , start having a standard. Start being completely honest with them. How about they ditch the dads , put the best players in the best positions and get back to being Breathitt County Football ?

Breathitt 2-3 touchdowns better than Hazard? You’ve lost your mind. Breathitt played a flawless game last night besides the fumble inside the 5. You play that game 10 times I bet money it’s a 5-5 split. Breathitt did win the LOS and that’s what won them the game. Hazard threw what 2/3 picks? Two bad snaps back to back over the quarterbacks head/on the ground and hazard had 1 touchdown called back on kick return I believe. Breathitt will be hard to game for if Sperry stays with the team the remainder of the year. He doesn’t play in this Hazard game then they do NOT win. You also gotta credit the quarterback for being elusive all night and making huge plays.

Listen dude. Hazard just isn’t that good. If these 2 teams played each other 10 times I’d put my money on Breathitt every time. Being 3 TDs better may be a stretch but Breathitt is definitely 2 touchdowns better. Since we’re playing shoulda , woulda , coulda. Breathitt had a costly fumble last night or it would have been another TD , Breathitt also tackled hazard in the end zone and Napier saved Hazard like always. Pelfrey should have been sacked a couple more times also lol
