Iggyfan, you didn't read me writing anything about scholarships, so don't put words in my mouth. You stated that calls should be made to OSHAA for recruiting, and now you're writing an about-face and changing your verbiage to "drawing."
You can call it "drawing" all you want, it's the same as recruiting to me, and it's not just, in your words, in surrounding areas - it's all over Northeast Ohio (from Ashtabula to Vermilion and 80 miles south) and if you don't believe that, look at St Edwards Wikipedia page under demographics and see for yourself where it says, "St. Edward's student body includes students from all over Northeast Ohio."
If you still feel like making a phone call to OSHAA, have at it. Like I said before, their recruiting has been going on for 50 years and there's nothing you can can say that will change it.
