I don't think HB5 is gonna help the homeless situation. The state has a billion coconuts to put into crap like HB5 that but they can't put more money into public education  and affordable housing.

Btw, I have no issues with jet , Hound or anyone else on any issue. I just wanted to know what everyone felt about the issue and what might be some possible solutions.  You have a right to feel the way you do, as do I.  Hound, I appreciate you doing what you've done to try to help those who need work. It's a shame that some won't take advantage of an opportunity that is given them . In a lot of cases, the homeless are caught up in addictions, which just exacerbates their problems.
