This might wind up being a defensive slugfest.

Martin County's offense is based around their QB, Maynard. He's very athletic, fast, and has a good arm, but this is his first year playing QB, so he's going to make mistakes when he's put in uncomfortable situations if he has to pass a lot. Hazard looked sound against Betsy Layne. Moved the ball well and the QB made some really nice decisions. Dawgs defense was good also, especially against the pass.

I'll take Hazard, 22-21.

It's going to be a great football game.
