Couldn't have asked for a better start for Leslie County. HC fumbled on their first play and Leslie recovered. On the very next play Collett hooked up with Kilburn for a TD. 7-0, Eagles right off the bat. Looked like it might be a long scrimmage for the Black Bears, but the they bounced back with a long drive that ended in a touchdown and pretty much controlled the scrimmage from there on out with their ground game and defense. They controlled the clock and kept Leslie's offense on the sideline. Leslie had 2 turnovers and winded up losing the varsity portion of the scrimmage 21-7.

Looking forward to making my first trip to the Eagles Nest next week. They have a beautiful looking facility.
