I love it when a school makes a young guy hire, these great old coaches we have all witnessed over the
years all started somewhere, someone gave them a chance. Schools need to buy into more
of the young candidates. Some of the OLD Coaches have enjoyed great careers but need to retire,
someone needs to fill their shoes. Good luck, to this young man.
