They do have a couple recent hires that could step in for him

Anyone could step in for Justin but that doesn't mean they can coach like Justin. One thing I have learned in following high school sports is plenty of men get the opportunity to coach high school football and it always brings some excitement for a short period. It does not take long to find out what level of a coach they are. If a coach has what I call the championship type mentality, then no matter where they go, the program will metamorphose into a program that mirrors a championship type team, depending on the program it may take a little while but if it's a top program, you might get results immediately. Justin is the hottest coach in Kentucky IMO right now and don't look to slow down anytime soon.  Mike Holcomb is another example of one who can do this same thing and has proven to be able to do so. Clay Clevenger is also another coach who is able to do the same thing. I would say South Laurels John Hines is one. I would assume Pikeville's Chris Mcnamee would be one. Nathan McPeek would be one of Frederick Douglass. Some of the newcomers is coaches like Brandon Smith of South Warren who has won some championships and Keegan Kendrick of Bullitt East is one I would say is the newest member of the championship club. Now when you talk about these type coaches, they are not readily available. Now, of course I know there are some more in Kentucky but not many. Now the reason I have said all this, a lot of coaches can step in for these type coaches but that doesn't mean you get results like these type coaches. Another key thing is does said program also have in place the right type politics to hold a championship coach and back him with resources to be able to have the success that all schools want. Schools who win championships have put in alot of hard work and alot of the process has bought in to make it happen. Places like Beechwood, Mayfield, Pikevilles, Boyle County, Bowling Greens, South Warrens that consisitely win year after year have a system and the right feeder systems to do this. But it still takes the right man after saying all that steer the ship. So I just cannot say anyone can step in and win. They can win games but winning 3rd, 4th and 5th Round Playoffs is a whole another animal.
