Yeah if I'm Kidd I want no part of it. He's proven he is a great coach, and has done incredible work with the girls program. I'm sure he has had several opportunities for other jobs, but he's remained loyal, and he is so well liked and respected too, don't see him leaving the situation he is in unless he is does on his own, or gets an offer he can't refuse elsewhere.

He is the assistant principal, so I'd say there's no deal he can't refuse

Yeah it definitely makes a difference where he's assistant principal there. Always thought there was something in place where you couldn't coach and be in administrative role at same time, may be wrong on this but that what I'd always heard.
