What I do know is he took a job at the federal prison in Inez and he is currently working there. Everyone I have spoke with who work at the prison said it would be next to impossible for him to be the head coach and work his schedule at the prison. If he does leave, I don't know who they would even go after. I've been a part of or been around Prestonsburg athletes all of my life, and it's at an all time low in my opinion, and it starts with the parents and administration.

I heard that about the prison job as well, had a feeling though with his schedule that he wouldn't be able to coach as well. If you're wanting to go with a young, hungry coach then Mason Hall would be someone to look at. But you know how it works around here, someone will get it who done a favor for someone else, someone who would be underserving or not qualified, but that's how it goes. I agree about the parents, if they would just stay out of the way and stop complaining about their kids not getting playing time, coaches would want to stay and administration would, and should have more backbone and not bow down to the pressure.
