Can be done, probably.

The bigger questions may be how much the renovation and retrofitting would cost and how long the Cats would be without a home arena while all of the work was completed.

I'm still saying that if it were something that was even feasible, they'd have made the changes during the most recent renovation that ended in 2022. Instead, it looks like they've only added "club" spaces that are more or less large empty rooms with a few buffet tables and a bar inside where you have no view of the floor outside of CCTV monitors. I'm sure it's nice to have access to that area, but I don't know that it's a deal-breaker for anyone or any company who really wants UK basketball tickets, especially with all of the nearby hotels that everyone seems to use for pre-gaming.

Dedicated entrances and parking are probably a bigger deal than those for anyone who'll attend most of the games, but even then, you're still fighting Lexington traffic in and out.
When you walk into Rupp you walk down long hallways, I’m sure modifications could be done for premium boxes.  Rupp is there to stay so they gotta figure it out.  It honestly doesn’t need a whole bunch, more student section and boxes.  Be figured out in no time but engineering firms.  Time would be crucial, you are very correct.  Time is money so it would cost them in the short term for sure
