Of course. Losses are always Cal's fault. Can't get a rebound... Cal's fault.  Bradshaw, 4 fouls in 6 minutes... Cal's fault.  8 free throw misses in 21 attempts... Cal's fault. Can't stay in front of your man... Cal's fault. If we get hit by a blinding snowstorm, it will be Cal's fault.

Reeves' defense isn't the greatest either. We let lots of guys turn the corner and get downhill.

Indeed. Just a bad defensive team. We can only hope they can rise to the level of "average" on defense.

Now do Tom Greer lol. Cal put this team together, it is his team and the buck stops with him. He is paid zillions to put a team on the floor that can among other things guard somebody. I know you get that.

I want Cal to succeed as much as anyone. I'm hopeful but very skeptical. If he doesn't win the SEC regular season, SEC tournament, or make it to the Final Four (just one of those) I am done with him. I already feel like I've had enough of him for 3 lifetimes. I think he should be mentioned in the Tom Petty song "Jammin' Me" lol.

I think Greer did a pretty good job this past season. Had a good gameplan against Boyle . Players just didn't execute at the most crucial moments and high hurdled their way to a loss.  Quite possibly the first time in my lifetime that Corbin had, imo, the best team in KY HS football.  Greer's not nearly as likeable as Cal, though. Cal actually cares for people other than himself, unlike Greer. And Tommy will never be a Hall of Famer, except in his own mind.

So weak. I just lost IQ points reading that lol.

I don't know who or what Cal cares about or what titles are bestowed on him and don't care. That's not what we're paying him zillions for. And Texas A&M doesn't give a rat's a$$ either or St. Peters or any of the other teams that have been eating Cal's lunch lately. Cal's job is to at least uphold the lofty standards of UK basketball and he has been failing for quite awhile now. 

You constantly run down a guy who is under-performing that you don't like while at the same time kissing the a$$ of and making excuses for a guy who is under-performing that you do like. So transparent and so foolish. Seriously, "But Cal cares and he's an HOFer" sounds like something a 12 year-old would say lol...means nothing and is irrelevant. Just win something damnit.

Takes the right players and some luck to win something. Cal hasn't enough good players the past few seasons to win big.  Cal represents our university well and he's a proven winner. He also helps his players make a lot of money.Very few guys can handle the UK job. Cal's one that can and has done it well.
